By playing Hex Cascade™ or using www.hexcascade.com, you agree to these terms. Hex Cascade™ is provided for personal entertainment. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use this game.

Virtual items & purchases

Shards, power-ups, and other in-game items are licensed for entertainment use only, have no real-world cash value, and are non-transferable. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. See our Payments & Refunds policy for web store (Stripe) and mobile store purchases.

Fair play

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to modify gameplay or progress. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Account deletion

You may delete your linked account through Profile → Delete My Account. Deletion follows our Privacy Policy: a 24-hour grace period applies before permanent removal of synced game data. Virtual items have no cash value and are forfeited when deletion completes.

Changes

We may update gameplay, features, or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
