Payments & Refunds
Last updated: June 2026
This policy describes how payments work for Hex Cascade™ (“the Game”), including purchases on www.hexcascade.com and in mobile apps. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.
Virtual goods are licensed, not sold
Shards, power-ups, bundles, ad-free entitlements, and other in-game content (“Virtual Items”) are provided for personal entertainment use only. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Virtual Items in the Game. Virtual Items have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of monetary value, and are not your personal property.
All sales are final
All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where refund or withdrawal rights are required by applicable law. You acknowledge that we are not required to provide refunds, credits, or compensation for any reason, including unused Virtual Items, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with gameplay, account closure (voluntary or involuntary), or if we modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game.
Where you purchased matters
- Web store (Stripe): Purchases at www.hexcascade.com are processed by Stripe. Delivery of Virtual Items begins immediately after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing an accurate account and email so entitlements can be applied.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: In-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Those transactions are governed by the applicable store’s terms, billing, and refund policies. Contact Apple or Google for store billing disputes—we do not control store refunds.
Immediate delivery & statutory rights
Virtual Items are digital content supplied immediately upon purchase. Where permitted by law, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period may not apply once delivery has started. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction (for example, remedies for non-delivery or material failure of digital content).
Billing support
For web purchases, post on our Discord server and include your Transaction ID (Stripe checkout session ID, payment intent ID, or receipt reference). We can help with fulfillment issues, duplicate charges caused by technical errors, or unauthorized use of your account where we can verify the claim—but routine change-of-mind refunds are not offered.
Chargebacks & abuse
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account and removal of associated Virtual Items. We may share relevant transaction records with payment processors to respond to disputes.
Price changes
We may change prices, bundles, and store offerings at any time. Changes do not affect completed purchases.
